Well, if you want holiday cheer in the form of liquid cinnamon sugar this is your guy. 30g added sugar in a cup, cheap ingredient list. Completely empty calories, but indeed 'SO Delicious'. But I'm not lookin to overwork my pancreas and become insulin resistant.
