Ok on to the Skillet Breakfast Burrito! Wow was this good! I love the addition of dill but don’t think I’ve ever had in a breakfast burrito!
Bursting with flavor and delicious! Filled with vegan egg, potatoes, broccoli, peppers and mushrooms! I would most definitely get this again for a quick meal!
Unfortunately very high in fat but also high in protein which I love! Sodium is not as bad as I thought it would be so that’s a plus in my book! I’m not a big fan if canola oil, still delicious for an o occasional on the go treat!
