Long ass name! 😩 ‘Vegan Quinosalad with roasted pumpkin, bell pepper, cranberry, falafelballs & orange-vinaigrette’.
This restaurant is at a #brewery 🍺. A friend of mine, who I see every 3 months, wanted to come here. The deal is that we go to a different restaurant each time. I give her a list of restaurants in the region that I pick (vegan options) and she chooses one. She came with her girlfriend and she has come here before.
Anyway, they have a few vegan options, and I chose the most boring one! 😂😂 Idk why, they had Vegan Stoverij (as already reviewed by someone else) but something inside me chose the healthier option. And it was a big hit! I normally don’t like quinoa & orange vinaegrette 😂😂
But I liked this! At first it looked so tiny 🥺, but #quinoa fills a lot! It was enough. I’d recommend this restaurant if you’re a beer fan 🍻 (Which I’m not). #veganinbelgium This is the brewery of Gouden Carolus . I don’t know if that’s internationally known 🤷🏼♀️ You can also buy a tour. And here is also hotel attached!
A bit expensive tho this dish, €21,9

That is an interesting system you and your friend have for picking a restaurant.
I hadn't heard of Gouden Carolus but I know Belgium 🇧🇪 has a lot of good breweries. I had a look at their web site and they make whisky too.
