White Rabbit no Pizza Lucé Roseville —Avaliação do Iszy (10 de nov. de 2024)

This pizza was the special at Lucé earlier this fall. Now we're back to the dearly loved butternut squash pizza, but this was a nice lead-up.

This pizza has portobello mushrooms, rapini, red onion, vegan cheese, dollops of Lucé's house-made cashew "rinotta", and a generous drizzle of rosemary truffle aioli, on top of a spicy olive oil bianca sauce. This ended up being so cheesy and creamy! I've never seen them apply the rinotta in dollops before. I really enjoyed that! The truffle aioli was pungent without being too fungus-y. The rapini was a great choice too. I'm happy to see Lucé experiment with new ingredients.
