Definitely the biggest noodle soup I've ever seen and eaten! It was endless and in a good way. It is a vegan soy sauce based soup with hand cut noodles, mixed mushroom broth, 3 kinds of mushrooms, scallion, seaweed and lots of sesame. Super aromatic and #umami. I would give 5 stars if there was some sort of protein, like some tofu, or another vegan option at this restaurant. But all in all I recommend it, especially if you are hungry and a huge #mushroomlover as I am.
