I used to get vegan pepper jack cheese which is not available now in my . I got this Trader Joe’s cashew vegan cheese. It malted very nicely . Creamy but not too heavy feel to it . Love 💕 making quesadilla too with this . For pepper jack flavor I use Indian hot chilies 🌶️ and jalapeño pepper and sprinkle of cayenne pepper . . It becomes hot 🥵 and spicy the way I like .
