AVOCADO AND BLACK GARLIC no Sushi Momo Végétalien —Avaliação do Sergiovalente (17 de out. de 2024)

I’ve yet to taste a dish at Sushi Momo I haven’t enjoyed. This restaurant has creativity in abundance and this 2-piece “Kristy Rice” order is a good example. Each piece consists of a serving of rice deep fried - crispy croquette-style, topped with creamy avocado, black garlic, fukujinzuke and pickled red onion. Very rich flavour without being overly greasy. For reference, the order is shown on the far left in the attached photo.
