Big Monster Sushi and Thai in Lihue is an extremely vegan friendly restaurant that has #sushi and #thaifood. The menu has vegetarian lables but both servers I encountered knew what vegan was and told me almost everything vegetarian (which was a lot of the menu) can be #veganized.
The #papayasalad was easily veganized by cutting out the fish sauce. The dish was super fresh and delicious.
