I've been to Ahimsa's old and new concept many times, yet this was my first time getting their salad bowl! 🥗 Generous bed of chopped and massaged kale salad, alongside a medley of roasted broccoli, cauliflower, and sweet potato - really appreciated the variety of veggies, which had a slight smokiness without being oily (tbh similar to the air-fried veggies I eat at home ahaha). 🥬🥦🍠 Loved the heaping scoops of their signature housemade moringa cashew pesto, creamy guacamole, plus scrambled tofu that had just the right balance of spices. 🌿🥑🍳 Garnished with toasted pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and hazelnuts (so premium!) for some crunch. A filling and flavourful salad bowl!!
