Such an original dish, I have always loved filo dough, and to find a #plantbased dish including it, I had to choose it!! So fatty (in the best way) and crunchy, filled with #spinach and #tofu and on a bed of veggies.
Super cool place and very LGBTQI+ friendly🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️
