This brand new vegan collection of pralines from the Belgian chocolate maison Neuhaus is just out of this world 🤩 It’s a collection of four unusual combination of flavours encased in a dark chocolate shell filled with a creamy ganache and covered with a coloured chocolate topping. Each of them is a little jewel in texture and flavour. In the box there are 12 pralines, 3 of each flavour: the zest Yuzu ginger, the rich and crunchy Caramel pecan, the aromatic Earl grey tea and the smooth and velvety Caramel coffee. The only negative side is that it finishes too soon. We bought it in the Neuhaus shop in La Grande Place in Bruxelles. A bit pricey obviously but absolutely worth every cent.
