Ooh what a fun #icecream 😍 I sometimes walk right past Kind Kones thinking that I've had everything that there is to be had, but am I glad when I occasionally stop by and realise that I assumed wrong ☺️ I knew from the sound of #saffron and #pistachio that it was the one for me, but then I saw #coconutmilk listed before #cashewmilk in the ingredient list and thought I'd better ask for a sample to verify that it wouldn't ruin the whole thing 😏

I was delighted to find that the coconut was only very faintly present in the flavour, with the saffron in fact unexpectedly powerful 🙂 There was some crunchiness from something that I couldn't quite put my finger on, but the whole combination just worked so beautifully well 😋 Kind Kones strikes again, with another tremendous way to #ditchdairy 💪
