Grilled skewers of tender and buttery sweet asparagus glazed in savoury sauce! Blanketed with #sglocal #andso 'minced meat' consisting of mycoprotein and textured soy protein, which was toothsome and didn't have the usual mock meat aftertaste. 🍢 Somewhat oily but smoky and delicious!
