Housemade focaccia bread topped with a brush of peppery-tasting spiced achuete oil, Filipino-style 'tuna sisig' made using young jackfruit, and torched #sglocal #herbyvore Just Like Cheddar #vegancheese. 🥖🧀 Personally found the melted cheese slightly gritty in texture instead of being nicely smooth, perhaps because it was overheated and/or not like conventional vegan cheese? (HerbYvore 'cheese' consists of fava bean and pea protein, not coconut oil like most other brands.) Regardless, I really enjoyed the smoky aroma from this dish!
