I’ve been working outrageously long days with no time left for baking so I opted to instead buy some of these mini cupcakes to gift some neighboring office colleagues for all of their help in getting me ready for my students to move into their residence halls. Mini cupcakes are so nice because you can have a sweet treat without devoting your stomach space to a full-size one that might be hard to finish after a meal (especially when eating “to go” food for many days on end).
Abe’s just never disappoints. These cupcakes were moist and flavorful and just so very cute!
