I feel like this dish is on the menu at most Vietnamese restaurants I've visited in the US. I always order it because it's always delicious! 😋
This #soup has veggie broth and #ricenoodles topped with #spicy #chili oil, #tofu, oyster #mushrooms, #carrots, #daikon, #bokchoy. served with #beansprouts, #cilantro, culantro, #basil, #greenonions, white onions, and #jalapeno
We got this for takeaway and added the fresh ingredients to the broth at home. It's a delightful soup with lots of flavor and texture

Phở is Vietnam's national dish but unfortunately a lot of people think it must contain dead animals 🙄 There are many variations but I don't think the plant-based ones are officially considered (yet).
