We bought this bag of Linda McCartney’s #vegemince from Tesco for £3.30. It’s a pretty large bag of mince, found in the frozen aisle.
I used it with Violife cheese in tortillas. It was ok as a base food. I added onion and spices to jazz it up. It’s very crumbly, so works well in sauces. A decent faux meat 🙃

I have a soft spot for this vegemince because my first ever purposefully vegetarian meal was a chilli made with this- by my vegetarian stepmum when I was a teenager. It was the start of a path I'm really glad I continued on!
