Crispy Cauli Wings no Namaste Cafe —Avaliação do Iszy (11 de ago. de 2024)

It's August and that means the Twin Cities Vegan Chef Challenge is in full swing! It's such a nice tour of restaurants at the end of the summer! Namaste Cafe usually enters, and since @jonok and I have been on a post-kayak Namaste kick, we decided to pop over and check out their entry. It's a pretty classic dish of cauliflower wings, but they sure have a kick!

These cauliflower wings definitely have a gobi manchurian flair. They're spicy! The cashew ranch served with them helps tamper the heat a bit, but these definitely aren't for you if you don't like spice! They're very flavorful as well and were a good way to start out a meal. They're crispy but aren't breaded, making them gluten free!
