This #vegancheddar from Cathedral City was better than expected. I don’t think much of supermarket bought vegan cheese compared to a specialist like Fauxmagerie in London but I found myself nibbling at more, maybe because of the salt content? Saving the rest to attempt to make Little London Vegan’s Gochujang Mac n Cheese! 🧀
