Smoked tofu ! I love this tofu and buy a few whenever I see it . Works so well for so many recipes. . I love it just dry fried with sesame seeds and a little tamari . I also grate it and top pasta bakes then drizzle olive oil over it .when baked it goes all crispy.
This one is bio /organic and under 2€
