A nice #cacao powder to use for your chocolate needs. This is a big bag that I think must have come from Costco. Friends bought it so I'm not completely sure. You can use this instead of cocoa powder and it has a richer taste and is healthier due to the minimal processing. I have tried so many cacao and this one is a good choice , not my favourite as I like to buy the blocks with the cocoa butter still intact but in a pinch I'll use the powder or to make desserts !
