Ombra is probably the best option for vegans in Kotor. The restaurant is beautiful, the menu has four decent vegan options clearly labeled, and the food is delicious. I had the vegan pizza and was positively surprised. The dough was really tasty, not too thin, but not too thick. The vegan cheese was impressive, so good! And the veggies were just perfectly cooked and seasoned. Also, it was the right size for an individual pizza, and the price was fair.
