I bought this yellow cornmeal from the brand Quaker to make cornbread. I was looking for a cornmeal with a finer grind, and this worked perfectly. It helped make a tasty, moist vegan cornbread that was devoured by my family. I also appreciate that it is enriched with some vitamins. I found it at my local Wegmans. #cornmeal
