These mung-bean based plant based eggs are a game-changer. They’re so convenient and totally satisfies some of my old favorite eggy food cravings, yet way more convenient than dealing with actual eggs (a side bonus to the primary benefit that no 🐓 were harmed for making this). Photo’d here is a #breakfastsandwich, just one of many ways I enjoy this. For this one, I air-fried some tater tots, heated half slice of this and half a flatbread in a frying pan, and added pesto, vegan mayo, Sriracha, basil leaves, tomato slices, and chili oil. 
Just Egg has a liquid form of this too, which makes a great scramble and omelette. It’s not for everyone though, as it takes some patience and practice to not stick to the pan. It’s the first one that my mom tried and she did not like it for that reason. Then she tried this and really likes it . I personally like both and both are a stable in my kitchen. 

They’re reasonably priced. Each serving is a folding and it’s easy to slice apart, which I do, making this a 2-for-1 deal for me.
