This vegan sushi is simply amazing! Love the purple rice, we chose all sorts, from zalmon, to "tuna" and teriyaki chick*n.
My husband isn't a huge sushi fan, but even he was blown away and ordered a second round.
The only point of critique is the pretty exorbitant price - we score 10/10 on all levels, but a softer price would make it more accessible and less super-exclusive. In the end, you want to grab the wider public, not the vegans who were going to pay good money anyway.
