I bought this family size bag of Lay’s Ketchup Chips at No Frills. I think it was on sale for $1.99.

Ketchup flavoured chips is my most favourite flavour. I get really disappointed when companies skimp on the flavoring. I wouldn’t say Lay’s skimped, but there could’ve been more flavour on the potato chips. In comparison to another type of ketchup flavoured chips that Lay’s offers (the Double Crunch chips) which one can argue is over-flavoured, these are light in comparison. Especially since this is a brand name company, it should do better.

Of course, no one eats chips for their nutritional value, but it is a delicious way of getting a lot of potassium and a respectable amount of fibre and iron. In the process though, you’re consuming a lot of sodium and fat too.
