This korean-style fried cauliflower is my favorite #appetizer at Espécie, a restaurant in Porto that serves both #vegetarian and #vegan options. These are deep fried cauliflower florets glazed with a gochujang-based sauce. Super delicious, crunchy and very spicy! A dash of lime juice makes it extra tasty. 100% recommend! 🌶️
