As a high volume eater, I enjoy adding vegetable noodles to pasta noodles in order to help keep me full and satisfied. I enjoy heart of palm in general so I though I would enjoy these. You definitely want to make sure to sauté these for a bit to remove the liquid and not dilute your sauce. I found I enjoyed these with a creamy sauce more than a red sauce.
