I’m a sucker for stories and think they make good things taste even better. Case in point, this Sicilian pistachio ice cream that uses pistachios grown in Bronte, an area that’s in the foothills of Mount Etna, an active volcano 🌋 in Sicily!
Mythical allure aside, this ice cream is delicious! It’s made of natural ingredients including oat milk and cane sugar. It has a really elegant and creamy texture, tastes wonderful, not too sweet and smells just as good as it tastes!
Go Van Leeuwen! So happy to see this ice cream truck from my home town NYC make its way to Singapore, and even better that they have so many vegan flavors available! Thank you!

This is always a must stop in NYC for me. This is legit the best vegan ice cream!
I would think it is a Dutch company by the name, but it is an American company apparently.
