Sourdough pizza base with porcini salsa, mushroom, vegan mozzarella & parmesan, parsley and topped with truffle oil. It’s extremely tasty, flavours here were quite intense. Gusta’s known and loved for their sourdough pizza bases. Not a vegan restaurant, with a fair few vg options. We ordered our pizzas online (with self-collection): their online menu has a separate vegan section. Expect a bit of a wait, even with the online order, but i assure you it’s worth it.
