This vegan bacon is savory and a bit smoky. Not my favorite vegan bacon but definitely tasty. Seitan based. Recognizable ingredients. Easy to prepare but challenging to pull the pieces apart in the packaging. They stuck together and ended up breaking. (No problem for taste but missing the aesthetic). Not really a bacon texture; pretty much the same texture as their deli meats.
Would not buy at full price but would snag if found for a deal.
