This is a really great vegan Caesar salad from the dirty V. The lettuce was crisp and fresh. The croutons taste homemade, they have a nice buttery flavor. My favorite part of the salad was the dressing, it was just really good. It also had some sprinklings of vegan parmesan. It was seven dollars for the small portion, but it was enough for both me and my husband. #vegancaesarsalad #northcarolina
