This is what my friend had, I'm going entirely off her review of this because this thing was riddled with #fetacheese and I wouldn't eat that stuff, vegan or not 😖 I caught up with a lifelong omnivore for lunch and she had me pick something out for her that was "more like something vegetarian". I worked on unpacking that statement and it turned out she was grossed out by the idea of fake meat. Which is apparently so much weirder and more harmful than "real meat" 🙄 #thingsomnivoressay One man's meat is another man's poison eh 🤷‍♂️

Anyway, if you like #aubergine, then get this. There's an entire one here, sliced open laterally and loaded with good stuff 🙂 Like #spinach and #chickpeas. Apparently there's #pomegranate dressing. My friend enjoyed her meal and said that the portions were more than enough. So this was #omnivoreapproved (or maybe I just have polite friends 🫣)

One thing is undeniable - that plating rocks 💪
