Oh, how I’ve missed #larb 🥹 Once again, a #mushroom interpretation of Lao meat #salad 🥩 + 🥗 = ⁉️

Several #mushrooms and #fungus featured in this salad 🥗 as well as a whole lot of mint and coriander 🌿 It’s not as #spicy as I expected with only a single ginormous #chilli featured 🌶️

This whole serving was ฿175 and sufficed for two alongside two other dishes 👌
