This is a nice vegan intepretation of the #spanishtortilla made with #potato and #onion. The "no-egg" flavor made with #chickpeas could have a stronger taste, but it is a good attempt. I have tried this in its smaller format, but it is much better in this 500g version, staying more moist during cooking. It is easy to prepare following the package instructions. Found it at Alcampo in the plant-based chilled section.

Anoche la puse en familia para el cumpleaños de mi padre como pica pica (siendo yo la única vegana) y alucinaron por el auténtico sabor, está muy buena aunque algo dura para los que nos gusta más deshecha… pero está genial para días de poco tiempo 🙌🥰💚
