Very impresded with this place that has a fully vegan menu besides the traditional menu. This place is actually making an incredible effort to host obnivores and veggies alike! I mean, just look at the creativity and thought behind this roll! They have a lot of vegan options with creative and unique offerings. This roll had tofu, avocado, pickled daikon and crispy onion. It has a variety of textures, flavors and colors 🥰
