Review of Plant-based Oatmeal Creme Pie at Coffee on High by arronlee
A sweet treat from a newly opened coffee shop! This used to the the Fantasy Cupcake location but after the owner decided to wind down the business, a family member took over the space and revamped it into a coffee shop. They still have some of the offerings from the previous business, such as this oatmeal crème pie. The have expanded their menus and incorporated a few more vegan options.
This pie is similar to what one would get with a Little Debbie except it has more of a homemade flavor. I believe they are made in a home kitchen, I am assuming under the Ohio Cottage Food Law. They do not have the generic mass produced taste of what you get from a store. This is sweet and it lacking on crème or the oatmeal flavor. These are quite good!
