Review of chipotle sweet potato rice bowl at CHOP5 Salad Kitchen by lizmaselli

This was a pretty good salad. I had never been to Chop 5 before. We were surprised how many could be made #vegan by taking off cheese or dairy based dressings. However, they lack vegan proteins. They do not have a #tofu or vegan meat substitute for their chicken. They have several curated bowls, or you can build your own salad or rice bowl.

This #salad was large in size and is one of their designated vegan bowls. It had cilantro brown rice, #kale, red cabbage, roasted sweet potatoes, corn, edamame, red peppers, sunflower seeds. It had many different flavors and textures. The small sweet potato cubes were definitely #spicy. It comes with a lemon cilantro vinaigrette dressing and they also gave me a side of their vegan pear vinegaratte to try. This was around $11, which is the same as Roots also located on campus. In comparison it's not as good of a buy.
