This is one of the greatest dishes to have ever been put together 🧘‍♀️ I cannot resist getting this #curry chick-ain’t rice every time I’m at a Green Dot 💚

It’s basically their #beancurd take on #hainanesechickenrice as they do with their regular #chickenrice but topped with a sweet #vegancurry 🥘 I think #beancurdskin makes such a good stand-in for #chicken when done like this — A harder outer shell for the “skin” while maintaining a soft inside 🤤

It’s just such good value ans unbelievably phenomenal 🙌 It’s unlike anything else #hainanese I know, but I can’t complain. It’s perfect 👌
