i am so in love with how melty this cheese is! while other brands have been catching up on the melting game, i do think chao has had consistently melty cheese since the start. i was super excited to try this when it went on sale because i have heard great things, and i wasn’t disappointed!
i will say, while this cheese is super melty and does taste great melted on a sandwich, i tried this one plain and was not really a fan. i do prefer daiya’s new formula plain over this cheese plain (unmelted). that being said, definitely a good purchase and i’ll probably be trying more flavors from this brand because it melts beautifully and is delicious melted.
