Review of Vegan Egg Bacon And Cheese Bagel at ahimsa cafe by yunming
The “bacon” was made from tempeh, and the “egg” scrambled tofu. Couldn’t spot and even taste any cheese tho, perhaps my taste buds are just not sensitive enough 😂 (checked with the staff that the cheeses are all vegan ✌️)
Altogether it tasted good, but I personally think that this bagel at $12+ is slightly expensive haha

cciot I love this bagel! The cheese is usually melted into the tofu scramble which makes it extra creamy. Now I’m craving this bagel again… it’s so good! 1 likeReply
