This is a #forthedollar review, as I don't buy this variety of #soysauce for home - hubby needs the salt-reduced version for his health (previously reviewed). This soy sauce is of good quality, with a rich flavor that was a perfect accompaniment to the sushi we ordered. I'm not sure if there is a different restaurant grade, but it is great that they have a very visible vegan symbol on the front!
