Experiencing this in my pre-air fryer era, I had the pleasure of trying this the classic #deepfried way 😉 In terms of flavour, it’s not the saltiest but a decent amount of pepper (just the way I like it) 😋 Do it right and you get a sensibly bouncy but still soft interior ☺️ with a crisp bready exterior 😛 Careful not to over cook it as it can quickly dry out 😮💨 Even so, it went great on this Japanese salad I whipped up 😎
I recall this being somewhere around RM12 so it’s not the cheapest but I’d consider it worth it 🤓
