I loved the Corn Fried Tepary the last time I was here, so when I saw tepary on the menu again, I immediately wanted to try it. This bean dip is similar to hummus in texture. It's topped with pepitas and microgreens and is served with wild rice crackers. I really enjoyed the flavor! It's a good earthy bean dip, with just a hint of sweetness. The pepitas made it really great and the crackers were delicious. I also thought the ratio of dip to crackers was perfect!
