It was a bit warm out, even with the snow this weekend, so I wanted to go with an iced drink. This cedar drink also has sumac, elderflower, lilac, and ginger in it. I was surprised that this was fairly sweet. They don't use cane sugar here with the decolonized menu, and there's no honey in it. Ginger really goes well in almost any drink and the sumac and top was a nice flavorful addition. I was pleased that even with both elderflower and lilac, this wasn't too floral. The cedar made it have a nice woodsy feel. This drink did a good job representing a spring forest. It was very refreshing.
