What a great way to start the day! Scrambled #tofu with fresh #sourdough bread, vegan #sausages, #avocado, roasted #tomato, a small #salad and herb butter.

The bread was super good, and still warm! The tofu was well seasoned, not dry, not too wet, and tasted eggy. The sausage might’ve been #beyondmeat, very tasty! Avocado, tomato and salad tasted fresh and brought a nice balance into the meal. The herb butter was umami and homemade! Delicious. #breakfastofchampions
