Today was the Spring Popup at the It's All Natural and Ching Ter Maitreya Temple. I got to see a lot of friends and local #vegan business owners! The Dayton crew even came up.🌿 Temple food is absolutely the best and is an absolutely must try. This Lemongrass #Curry Tofu was INCREDIBLE. It had both sweet potato, white potato and carrots. This also had the best #tofu puffs 😋 This had both a sweet and savory flavor and the lemon grass added a nice touch. A portion of sales always goes to a local non-profit, this time Fraleys.
