Can’t say enough good things about Anne Schot and the amazing gourmet vegan meals she hosts at her residence turned fine dining spot here in Singapore 🇸🇬
This was supposedly four courses but as you can see there were so many incredible things to eat that I lost track! Anne is a trained chef from Le Cordon Bleu and she’s applied everything she’s learned in cooking school to vegan food. She grows her own herbs, and makes everything from scratch in her kitchen.
From amazing spreads of artichokes and mushrooms to vegan cashew cheeses and even homemade crackers made from seeds, lunch or dinner at Anne’s is pretty much as good as you can ask for when it comes to vegan food this side of the planet!
And it’s a bargain compared to eating out and so much more fun to be sitting with a chef and learning about her life and her passion for food. Thank you Anne!
Our lunch today was a small group of us from the Singapore Vegan Business Owners Association that we started years back!

What a delight! 🤩
Fancyyy

Hold up. So, she has a restaurant in her house that she also uses to live in? Would love to hear more about that and how she manages balancing the two together. Sounds like it’s be rather tricky to keep things separated.
