Marinated #tofu with #oystermushrooms wrapped in #seaweed sheets, #tomatoes, zucchini, #dill and spring onions, refined with lemongrass and #galangal. Served with #rice.

This was so flavorful and unbelievably well seasoned. So many flavors, textures and ingredients!
