招牌酱爆鸡拌面 Springy thin noodles topped with steamed yuba beancurd skin 'chicken', drenched in housemade sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds. 🍜🍗 I have no idea what the sauce was made of - a secret recipe I guess 👨🍳📝 - but it was ridiculously delicious with savoury, sweet, sour, and spicy notes! (Be sure to toss everything together to ensure the entire dish is evenly coated in the special sauce~ 🥢) No wonder this was named their signature dish; would highly recommend trying it since it's exclusively available at this Adelphi outlet! 🌟 Came with shredded cucumber and some fresh lettuce, though I personally would have liked slightly more vegetables. 🥒🥬 Served with a tasty bowl of clear soup too. 🍲 (Allium-free, $7.80) #sgvegan #chinesefood #alliumfree
